Referral Rewards

At SpinUp Search, we pride ourselves in offering the best services for both our clients and candidates. Our referral scheme allows us to expand our pool of connections, help clients as well as candidates, and to also offer an award for you! 

There are two types of referrals; client and candidate.  

Candidate referrals 

A reward of £250 is awarded if you have a successful candidate referral. This entails the candidate being hired to one of our vacancy roles (which they had not previously applied for) and must stay in the role for a period of 12 weeks.

Client referrals 

If you recommend SpinUp Search to your employer and your recommendation results in any new search agreement with your employer, you will receive a reward of £250. Once the client you have referred signed a contract to work with SpinUp Search you will automatically receive the reward. 

​

An extra reward of £300 is given for each placement we achieve over the subsequent 12-month period within that contract. We cannot give out the reward in case of an existing client.

We strongly recommend showing our brochure to your company to initiate a referral.

Terms and Conditions

​

Candidate referrals:

  • The scheme is only available to candidates who are registered to SpinUp Search Ltd. 

  • The referral of existing candidates of SpinUp Search Ltd is not valid. 

  • The number of referrals that can be made is unlimited 

  • The candidate must be eligible to work and live in the relevant country.  

  • Any information that is acquired during the referral process shall not be passed on to third parties.  

  • SpinUp Search Ltd reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the candidate referral scheme without notice at any point of time.  

  • You cannot refer yourself. 

  • The scheme is not available to employees of SpinUp Search 

  • SpinUP Search Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from taking part in the candidate referral scheme. 

  • We transfer your reward to your bank account in the currency of GBP. SpinUp Search Ltd is not responsible for any additional bank charges for international transfers. 

  • You will be responsible for any tax/ HMRC liability arising from referral payments 

Client referrals:

  • The scheme is only available to pharmaceutical or closely related industry professionals 

  • The offer is not valid for existing clients of SpinUp Search Ltd.  

  • Any information that is acquired during the referral process shall not be passed on to third parties.  

  • SpinUp Search Ltd reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the client referral scheme without notices at any point of time.  

  • The scheme is not available to employees of SpinUp Search 

  • SpinUp Search Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from taking part in the client referral scheme
